The Position:

The Director of Paid Social is a senior leader responsible for owning and evolving Revel’s paid social service line. This individual brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise—equally comfortable setting direction as they are diving into campaign performance.


You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all things paid social, leading client strategy, mentoring team members, and driving innovation across platforms in an ever-changing landscape.


This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, leadership, and forward-thinking strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Revel’s paid social strategy across all client engagements
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and performance insights
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Drive innovation and identify new opportunities across emerging platforms and evolving social trends
  • Manage, mentor, and develop paid social team members, fostering growth and accountability
  • Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Ensure best practices across tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
  • Continuously refine processes, frameworks, and tools to scale the paid social function effectively


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of paid social media experience (agency or in-house), with a strong track record of performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Manager, with relevant certifications
  • Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite clients
  • Experience managing and developing team members
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented insights


Salary + Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
