The Position:
The Client Service Associate is a key role that ensures excellence in customer service. This person manages client interactions and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all business matters to complete appropriate administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule client review meetings as directed by the Investment Advisor
- Send reminders and follow up with clients regarding meeting schedules
- Handle client or prospect interactions for basic inquiries including but not limited to, account opening, account transfers, funds transfers, placing trades, and assisting with general account questions
- Process and monitor client documents for proper handling through the home office
- Maintain and update client files and contact information in Raymond James systems and company CRM (Redtail)
- Manage client cash needs through ACH, wires, or checks, including processing incoming checks for deposit
- Assist clients with queries about statements, Client Access online portal, electronic delivery of statements, and tax documents
- Process RMDs, retirement plan rollovers, Donor Advisory account openings, and Qualified Charitable Distributions
- Participate in team projects as needed
Requirements:
- Series 65 or Series 66 license
- 1-5 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred, or related work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to learn and use in-house and team computer applications
Salary + Benefits:
- $60,000 - $100,000 BOE

- Potential salary increases effective January 1
- Potential for bonus or profit sharing, paid out in December
