The Position:
AJI Fence is seeking an experienced and driven salesperson to manage key commercial accounts. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through your sales activity while working closely with the rest of the sales team and management. This role requires strong relationship skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of B2B sales, client development and a team oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with general contractors, developers and other commercial clients
- Manage your full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including estimating and proposal development
- Contribute to the team culture of customer service, performance and fun
- Work with management to find ways to improve the sales systems
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in commercial fencing
- Willingness to be part of a team and support others as needed
- Willingness to embrace new technologies and lead in the implementation of these
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long term client relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable reading construction plans and navigating project specs.
Salary & Benefits:
- $85,000 - $100,000 base + profit sharing bonus
