The Position:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and development to help you build a successful career in sales. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our products and services, develop key sales skills, and gain experience working with customers to meet their needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to learn about company products, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives to understand the full sales cycle.
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new leads.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Attend team meetings, product briefings, and professional development sessions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • This position has been identified as holding responsibility for food safety and quality of the company.
  • This responsibility extends over all shifts.
  • During the absence, the following position serves as coverage for this position: Executive Sales Assistant

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary & Benefits:

  • 70k-85k.
