At KORE Investments, our mission is to create value in the lives of everyone we serve through high-quality real estate investments and management. We believe everyone should flourish and prosper, and we serve for the good of all.

The Position:

KORE Investments is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly alongside senior leadership in a true apprentice-style role. This is more than traditional administrative support. This individual will operate as a right hand to the executive, helping quarterback priorities, organize information, and ensure follow-through across the business.

The ideal candidate is scrappy, proactive, and eager to learn—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and can quickly translate conversations into clear action. This person is a naturally organized thinker and strong communicator who can anticipate needs, keep initiatives moving, and confidently coordinate across the team. Whether early in their career and looking to gain exposure, or bringing prior experience to apply in a high-growth setting, this individual is motivated, resourceful, and excited about the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to senior leadership, acting as a true extension of the executive
  • Shadow meetings and calls, capturing key takeaways and translating them into actionable next steps
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications while managing shifting priorities
  • Track and organize tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders
  • Serve as a central hub for information, ensuring the right people are looped in and accountable
  • Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and communications as needed
  • Develop a strong understanding of team structure and responsibilities to effectively direct requests
  • Support project coordination and execution across real estate and investment initiatives
  • Anticipate needs and proactively keep initiatives moving forward

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in real estate, finance, or business is a plus
  • 1–5+ years of experience in an administrative, analyst, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to operate with urgency, discretion, and a high level of professionalism

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range $65,000–$80,000+ BOE
  • Strong compensation package
  • Full suite of health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • PTO plus recognized holidays
  • Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, fast-paced team culture
