The Position:
As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and overseeing day-to-day account administration. This position is responsible for driving execution, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and delivering a high standard of client service throughout every stage of the client journey. You will partner closely with clients and internal team members to ensure requests are handled efficiently, accounts are serviced accurately, and follow-up actions are completed seamlessly. Through your commitment to excellence, you will help strengthen client relationships, provide exceptional client experience, and support the firm's continued growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client outreach and review meetings to discuss investment allocations, financial objectives, and risk tolerance; document notes, recommendations, and follow-up actions in CRM to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Manage client action items from initiation through completion to ensure timely follow-through and a seamless client experience
- Support account management and service activities through Raymond James, including account maintenance, transfers, and documents processing
- Assist with trade execution, cash management requests, and ongoing account servicing and management
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, delivering a seamless and professional experience from account opening through implementation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handling emails, phone calls, and day-to-day service requests with professionalism and responsiveness
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client and business needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Contribute to special projects, operational enhancements, and firm-wide initiatives to support business growth and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Series 65 license required, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, or a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) environment preferred
- Working knowledge of client account administration, trade processing, new account onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance
- Proficiency with CRM systems and custodian platforms; experience with Redtail CRM and Raymond James platform is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, with a proven ability to manage tasks to completion and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence and initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, advisors, and team members
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership, contribute where needed, and support the success of the broader organization
Salary & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $110,000
