The Position:

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on HR operations, technology, analytics, compensation, organizational design, and succession planning.


This is not an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition role; but an HR operations and strategy leadership position. You will be responsible for HRIS migration, workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience—ensuring we have the right infrastructure and talent in place to drive our company’s future growth. You must be both highly strategic and hands-on, capable of executing in the details while shaping long-term HR strategy. The ideal candidate will be based in either Denver, Dallas, or Phoenix. 


Responsibilities:


  • HR Operations & Technology – Manage HR tools, technology and process optimization to support employees.
  • Data & Analytics – Develop a data-driven HR strategy, using analytics to drive business decisions and improve employee experience.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Oversee pay structures, incentive programs, and market benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
  • Succession Planning & Organizational Design – Partner with HRBPs to build leadership pipelines and scale teams for future growth.
  • Business Alignment – Work closely with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business transformation and future talent needs.
  • Performance & Compliance – Implement performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across HR functions.
  • Hands-On Execution – Roll up your sleeves to run compensation analyses, solve problems, and execute key HR initiatives while also shaping long-term strategy.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, in a complex, high-growth organization.
  • Proven track record of leading HR operations, technology implementation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in succession planning, organizational design, and compensation strategy.
  • Ability to execute at a detailed level while driving long-term strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills—scrappy, adaptable, and hands-on.
  • No specific industry experience required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.


Salary & Benefits:

  • $200,000 - $300,000 BOE
