The Position
Boost Mobile is seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Marketing to define and execute our marketing strategy through a critical period of transformation. This executive will be responsible for driving both brand leadership and performance marketing, ensuring a unified approach to growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with proven experience in subscription-based or consumer-facing businesses, a strong grasp of AI/advanced analytics, and a track record of tenure building and scaling high-performing teams. This position is based in Denver and requires full-time, in-office presence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Brand/Performance Balance
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that balances long-term brand growth with near-term performance and acquisition goals.
- Define and evolve Boost Mobile’s positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement across all channels.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen loyalty, retention, and customer lifetime value within subscription-based business models.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, sales, and finance to align marketing priorities with enterprise objectives.
Budget Management & Advanced Analytics
- Oversee a marketing budget + ensuring efficient allocation aligned with key growth objectives.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to optimize spend, track ROI, and drive predictive insights.
- Implement tools and processes that enhance automation, performance tracking, and decision-making efficiency.
Stakeholder, Partner & Vendor Engagement
- Serve as a senior liaison to internal executive stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize value and impact.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with a focus on innovation, reach, and cost efficiency.
Customer Insights & Market Innovation
- Champion the use of customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to guide strategy.
- Anticipate and act on market shifts, ensuring Boost stays ahead of consumer, cultural, and technological trends.
- Integrate digital and traditional marketing efforts into a seamless, customer-centric experience.
Team Leadership & Organizational Transformation
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing organization of senior leaders and their teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- Scale the organization to meet the demands of transformation, ensuring teams are aligned to strategic vision and growth priorities.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership in high-growth, consumer-facing businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both brand and performance marketing functions at scale.
- Expertise in managing a multimillion-dollar budget + including forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis.
- Experience in subscription-based, recurring revenue, or digital ecosystem businesses strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, martech stacks, and data science-driven insights to inform strategy.
- Proven track record of organizational leadership, tenure, and team development.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across the C-suite and Board.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- $200,000 - $300,000 BOE
