The Position:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Solutions Manager to join a high-growth, privately held company entering its next stage of expansion. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, business-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building solutions from the ground up.
The Business Solutions Manager will serve as a strategic partner across departments—identifying process gaps, optimizing workflows, and implementing technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business analysis, strong command of the Odoo ERP system, and the agility to lead initiatives with minimal instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and functional teams to identify business process needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Odoo ERP platform, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other business tools.
- Analyze data and workflows to drive informed business decisions and performance improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and support company growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor operational success.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for innovation or improvement.
- Support a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations, or business systems management.
- Proven expertise with Odoo ERP (configuration, implementation, and optimization required).
- Strong understanding of financial, operational, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
- Strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
- AI experience preferred
